In scientific terms, during the dry aging process, the moisture is drawn out of the meat. This cause the beef flavor to become even beefier and flavorful. In order to dry aged steak, beef is placed inside special refrigerator that's been carefully climate-controlled for a week or more to create the perfect dry aged steak.
Our Butter Aged Steak
Using our special butter, we make a finest and premium steak. The butter acts as barrier and the juices remain in the muscle but the natural enzymes still break the fibres down to create tender meat. The meat flavours intensify and absorb some of the rich butter flavourings as well.
